INCLUDED IN SUPER BUNDLE PACKAGE If you are purchasing a home with a well, well water testing is required to obtain a mortgage. For a conventional mortgage, coliform bacterial testing is a minimum requirement. If you are obtaining a mortgage backed by FHA, HUD or the VA the minimum testing requirements are coliform bacteria, lead (first flush), nitrate and nitrite.
